Joseph Westiform developed and manufactured high-quality technical plastic parts for the rear end of Eura Mobil’s "Integra Line" family of vehicles, consisting of a rear bumper and spoiler.

The challenge with this project was to implement the sophisticated design of the rear end of various models in such a way, so that they could be manufactured using a thermoforming process. Joseph Westiform uses ABS-PMMA for the rear bumper - an important design element - which is heated up in the thermoforming process until it is pliable, placed over the molds (which were specially made for the Euro Mobil) and then drawn into them. After cooling, the plastic retains the shape of the mold.

In addition, we also supply the high-end front grille and headlight covers.
